NATPAC Delegation at CTRG-2025, IIT Guwahati

NATPAC is pleased to share its strong research presence at the 8th Conference of the Transportation Research Group of India (CTRG 2025), reflecting the continued commitment of the institute to advancing evidence-based transportation research in India.

NATPAC presented 20 papers covering electric mobility, public transport, water transport integration, traffic operations, pavement engineering, road safety, parking, pedestrian safety, and sustainable urban mobility, including:

EV adoption (SEM-FsQCA), circular electric bus networks, Kochi Water Metro integration & service quality (MCDM), curbside bus stops, warm-mix SMA, PCI prediction models, inland water transport perception, public transport share, Attingal parking planning, hydraulic conductivity of BC, overtaking speed dynamics, pedestrian safety, traffic calming & speeding, port-centric freight shift to IWT (AHP), FRP waste in pavements, crash prediction for Ernakulam, two-wheeler lane compliance and microsimulation.

NATPAC is proud to share that Mr V S Sanjay Kumar, Principal Scientist & Coordinator (Research Projects) has been inducted as a Member of the Executive Committee of the Transportation Research Group of India (TRG) for a five-year term from 28 May 2026.

Further, Mr Wilson K C, Senior Scientist, received the TCT Best Paper Award (Pavement Engineering Category) at CTRG-2025.
