As we complete five decades of service to transportation research and planning in Kerala, I am delighted to present the Golden Jubilee celebrations of our institution. Since its establishment in 1976, NATPAC has stood as a pillar of scientific enquiry and evidence-based policy support, contributing to the safe, efficient and sustainable development of the State’s transportation sector.
The year 2026 gives us an opportunity to reflect on our journey, honour the visionaries who shaped this institution, and reaffirm our commitment to the challenges of the future — climate resilience, digital mobility, and inclusive, people-centric transport systems.
At the heart of our celebrations is the International Conference on Transforming Transport for Safety and Sustainability (TRANSFORM 2026), a global platform where researchers, policymakers and industry leaders will come together to shape the future of mobility. I warmly invite you to be part of this landmark event.
