Important terms and conditions governing registration for TRANSFORM 2026.
Fees for participants from India are inclusive of GST.
On-site registration at the conference venue will attract an additional 20% over the applicable regular fee.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register within the stipulated deadline for inclusion in the conference programme.
Student registration applies only to full-time bona fide students at the time of the conference.
Fee for accompanying person is INR 2,000 inclusive of GST (USD 50 for persons from outside India) which includes access to all conference sessions and refreshments.
Cancellation and refund conditions will be communicated separately.
A reduced registration fee is applicable to students. Students are required to submit a valid student certificate/identity proof during registration.
Registration as an Accompanying Person does not include conference materials or participation in the conference proceedings.
All authors attending the conference are required to register in advance by completing the registration form
Participants are requested to complete their registration before the prescribed deadline to ensure smooth participation and inclusion in the conference programme.
For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete the registration to confirm the presentation slot in the conference programme.
Papers for which none of the authors have completed the required registration will not be included in the final conference programme and may be removed from the presentation schedule.
Registration of at least one author is mandatory for inclusion of the full paper in the conference proceedings book.
Participants are advised to retain the registration/payment confirmation for future reference and present it, if required, during conference registration.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the registration procedures and deadlines, if required. Any such changes will be communicated through the official conference website.
