Registration Fees

Guidelines

• Fees for participants from India are inclusive of GST.
• On-site registration at the conference venue will attract an additional 20% over the applicable regular fee.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register within the stipulated deadline for inclusion in the conference programme.
• Student registration applies only to full-time bona fide students at the time of the conference.
• Fee for accompanying person is INR 2,000 inclusive of GST (USD 50 for persons from outside India) which includes access to all conference sessions and refreshments.
• Cancellation and refund conditions will be communicated separately.
• A reduced registration fee is applicable to students. Students are required to submit a valid student certificate/identity proof during registration.
• Registration as an Accompanying Person does not include conference materials or participation in the conference proceedings.
• All authors attending the conference are required to register in advance by completing the registration form
• Participants are requested to complete their registration before the prescribed deadline to ensure smooth participation and inclusion in the conference programme.
• For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete the registration to confirm the presentation slot in the conference programme.
• Papers for which none of the authors have completed the required registration will not be included in the final conference programme and may be removed from the presentation schedule.
• Registration of at least one author is mandatory for inclusion of the full paper in the conference proceedings book.
• Participants are advised to retain the registration/payment confirmation for future reference and present it, if required, during conference registration.
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to make necessary changes to the registration procedures and deadlines, if required. Any such changes will be communicated through the official conference website.
